Radon testing is easy and relatively inexspensive. All that is needed to test your prospective home for Radon is to leave a couple test kits in the lowest living area of the home and leave the house as closed up as possible (no opening windows or leaving doors open for an extended period of time) for a 48-72 hour periord. At the end of the testing period, the kits are collected and mailed to a accredited RADON testing lab for analysis. The lab will then email the results within 24 hours of receiving the test kits to PRECISE Home Inspections and we will forward them to you and your agent (if applicable).

It's that easy! Tampering of the kits can be detected by the lab so, even though you don't own the home yet, you will know if the home has been kept "closed up" during the test period for accurate results.
